Refund Policy
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If an order is shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, cancellation may be approved subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the customer requests the package to be shipped again, a flat redelivery fee of $9.99 CAD will apply.

All purchases are considered final. While we cannot offer full refunds after an order has been placed, we may be able to modify your order (such as adding or removing items) provided the order has not yet been processed for shipment.

Please note that Vintage Khazana does not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.

If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package at vintagekhazana7@gmail.com.

We make every reasonable effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours and images. However, actual product colours may vary depending on your device or monitor settings.

We reserve the right to limit purchase quantities, modify product descriptions, adjust pricing, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice. All products and promotions offered on this website are subject to availability and these terms.

Vintage Khazana is not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or damaged by shipping carriers once they have been dispatched.

We are also not liable for any damage to products resulting from weather conditions or circumstances that occur during the shipping process.

During warmer weather, chocolate and other heat-sensitive products may soften or melt while in transit. Unfortunately, Vintage Khazana cannot accept responsibility or provide compensation for temperature-related damage that occurs after the order has been shipped.
